Klontz Consulting Group offers personal, confidential phone and in-person coaching, customized workshops, and consulting services to individuals, couples, families, and organizations. We help people learn better ways to meet the challenges of life, providing direction, facilitating change, offering encouragement and practice with a focus on developing action-based and forward-looking behaviors.
Our clients range from entertainers, professional athletes, successful CEOs and the average individual, couple or family. What they all have in common is the desire to achieve exceptional quality relationships with family, friends and colleagues. The benefits that our clients have reported are significant.
How We Do This
We assess a client’s current performance and develop strategies designed to enhance existing strengths to meet one’s goals. It opens the client to new ways of thinking and behaving, accelerating the natural learning curve, enhancing what is already known, developing relationship agility and resiliency, self-reflection skills, and setting new standards for measuring exceptional performance. Services may be delivered face-to-face or virtually.

“Healing Money Issues”
This 5 ½ day highly customized program is designed to allow clients to work privately on areas of concern regarding their financial life with specially trained staff at Onsite Workshops & Retreat Center. Based on the book, “The Financial Wisdom of Ebenezer Scrooge,” participants have the opportunity to examine the life experiences that have shaped their current relationship with money as well as process feelings and behaviors that are attached to these beliefs. Specific experiential techniques such as psychodrama, guided imagery, meditations, written exercises, and small group process will be used. By the program’s end, participants will have an opportunity to identify a plan of recovery for their money issues. Go here for more information: www.onsiteworkshops.com
